How to Train Your Dragon has been my favorite movie ever since I first saw it. There’s something so magical about the world, the characters, and, of course, the bond between Hiccup and Toothless. The way the animation brings the dragons to life with such fluidity and personality is awe-inspiring. Every scene feels alive and full of emotion, and I’ve always been captivated by how much depth the animation adds to the story.
It’s this movie that inspired me to pursue animation as a career. Watching the incredible craftsmanship behind every movement and the way the animators conveyed complex emotions through visual storytelling made me realize I wanted to be a part of that world. I want to create stories that can move people the way How to Train Your Dragon moved me.
As I study to become an animator, I think back to this movie often. It’s my source of inspiration, reminding me of the power animation has to connect with people, build worlds, and tell stories that stay with you for a lifetime.
